PCCW' Data Center operation Powerb@se has achieved the distinction of being the first in the Asia-Pacific region to receive the Sun Microsystems' SunTone^SM Certification for delivery of high-standard service quality. Sun instituted the SunTone^SM Certification and Branding Program to provide customers of web-based services and applications with a means for dentifying suppliers who meet defined high standards for providing quality service over the Internet. The SunTone^SM Certification demonstrates our leading data center capabilities. It also means that Powerb@se has proven high standards and architecture designed to provide our customers with superior performance, reliability and outstanding service level.

SunTone^SM certification is designed to give customers the confidence that key aspects of the SP's operations and infrastructure have been evaluated and judged to be certified to meet the SunTone^SM programs' high standards of quality.
