Powerb@se Facilities Management Acceptable Use Policy

This document sets out certain rules for using the Co-location and Facilities Management Services ("Services") by the customer ("Customer") under its Agreement with PCCW Powerbase Data Center Services (HK) Limited ("PCCWPB"). Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Agreement between the Customer and PCCWPB. These rules cover:

1. Customer's (and its customers, agents and representatives) access to the Site;
2. Customer's (and its customers, agents and representatives) use of the Services;
3. Customer's online conduct
4. Supplemental Services; and
5. Modification of these Rules.

Only those individuals who have been authorized in writing by the Customer and notified to PCCWPB in advance and in writing ("Customer Representatives") may access the Site. Such access will normally be granted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customer shall give prior written notice to PCCWPB of any changes to the Customer Representatives. The Customer and the Customer Representatives shall not allow any unauthorized persons to have access to or enter the Site. The Customer and the Customer Representatives may only access the Licensed Area of the Site, when accompanied by an authorized PCCWPB representative. Notwithstanding any provision herein, PCCWPB shall be entitled at its sole discretion to refuse entry to any person to the Site including, without limitation, in case of emergency, where PCCWPB is required to carry out essential maintenance services or the person is from an entity which competes with PCCWPB.
