PCCW CAG 9th Annual Dinner, 10 Aug 2001
CAG, established in 1992, an interactive for us to solicit customers' feedback
on various products and services through focus groups, pre-launch user trials, on-line surveys,
etc for improvement purposes. The PCCW CAG dinner, is a bridge to build a close relationship
with some treasured customers.
